There are some differences between Snapchat Stories and Stories Instagram, for example Snapchat is equipped with the ability to use stickers and lenses, while Instagram Stories bit more basic in its offering. Step 1: Create a new snap in Snapchat.
Step 2: Tap the download / save button at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

Step 5: Under the Snap tab, tap snap that you saved earlier.
Step 6: Wipe the top of the screen to view the edited interface.
Step 7: Tap my snap and then select Export Snap-Save Image / Video.
Step 8: Open Instagram.
Step 9: Open Stories with a right swipe interface while on the Home tab, or you can also tap the New button Story in the upper-right corner of the Home tab.
Step 10: Swipe down to see photos and videos are saved in 24 hours.
Step 11: Select export snap.
Step 12: Live add text, images or other filters to the clip, and tap the Save button at the bottom of the interface to add to Instagram snap of Snapchat Stories.
